Shipping policy
DELIVERY :
a) Modalities
* The products ordered will be delivered to the address designated by the customer through his Customer Account that the latter will have designated during the ordering process and within the deadlines that will have been indicated to him when confirming his order.
* The customer agrees, for himself or for the recipient of the order, to take delivery of the goods at the address he indicated when ordering.
* From the delivery date indicated in the order form, ownership of the product is transferred to the buyer, except in the case where full payment of the price has not been cashed when ordering.
b) Location:
* Products can only be shipped within Europe.

c) Deadlines:
* In the event of the foreseeable exceeding of the delivery deadline, Trail Market undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and by any means. Therefore Trail Market will reimburse the customer at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which the contract was terminated, in accordance with Article L. 216-3 of the Consumer Code.
* Trail Market can not be held responsible for the breach of the contract concluded, due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure and in particular in the event of a total or partial strike of the postal services, carriers, and disasters caused by diseases, floods or fires. With respect to products purchased to meet professional needs, Trail Market will not incur any liability for any consequential damages as a result of these, loss of business, loss of profit, damages or acts that may occur.
d) Shipping costs:
* Shipping costs include participation in order processing costs as well as participation in delivery costs. * The amount of shipping costs is indicated in the order basket.
* For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered in several times to the customer. The customer only pays for one delivery.
* If the customer wishes 2 places of delivery, he places 2 orders, with the associated delivery costs.
* Trail Market will reimburse the shipping costs if it is a retraction of failure produced by a shipping error or an incorrect description on the part.
* The impossibility of delivering the customer because of his fault (failure to make a delivery appointment, non-withdrawal of the package after notice of passage, refusal of delivery without justification, damaged package, case of force majeure, ...) results in the loss of the participation in shipping costs. Return costs are also deducted from the refund of the item. If the customer wishes a new delivery, the contribution to the delivery costs must again be paid by the customer in advance.
e) control:
* Delivery does not include commissioning of devices.
* When the product is delivered to the address indicated on the order form by a carrier, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the condition of the product delivered in the presence of the delivery person and, in the event of damage or missing items, to '' express reservations on the delivery slip or on the transport receipt, and possibly refuse the product and notify the seller.
* The customer agrees after opening and checking the contents of the package (s) in the presence of the carrier to sign the delivery receipt presented by the delivery person. In the event of a problem, the customer will make all reservations corresponding to the observations noted on the sign-in sheet, and have the delivery person co-sign. By signing the delivery receipt outside of specific reservations, and accepting the products, the customer acknowledges having received the goods without damage during delivery.
* In the event of a delivery that does not comply with the order in terms of quality or quantity, the customer must inform Trail Market by email info@trail-market.com within 72 hours of the delivery date.
