Advanced Shell Design and Safety
The TOUR-X5 features a strong, lightweight composite shell with Arai’s smooth and rounded R75 profile. This shape is designed to glance off obstacles and reduce the amount of impact energy transferred to the rider. The helmet is approved to the latest ECE 22.06 safety standard.
Versatile VAS-A Visor System
The VAS-A variable-axis system makes it easy to switch between adventure, off-road and road configurations. The peak and shield can be changed quickly while maintaining a wide peripheral field of vision.
Optimised Comfort and Ventilation
- High-performance ventilation: redesigned front intakes and efficient rear exhausts maintain airflow in demanding conditions.
- Premium interior: the antimicrobial liner is removable, washable and adjustable for long-distance comfort.
- Facial Contour System: supportive cheek pads improve fit, stability and noise control.
Additional Features
The emergency-release cheek-pad system helps first responders remove the helmet safely. It is prepared for a communication system and supplied with a Pinlock 120 anti-fog lens for clear vision in changing weather.

Some items may ship from different warehouses, which can lead to separate deliveries. Don’t worry—your remaining items are still on the way, and you’ll receive a tracking update as soon as they ship.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (no "new" smells) or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Parts once mounted cannot be returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
